1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Health Disclaimer

• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity and nutrition guidance at your own risk.
• LawSchool Fitness Innovation Center is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose or treat health conditions.
• Consult with your physician before beginning any fitness, wellness, or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have an injury, or have a preexisting condition.
• Participation in workouts, exercises, and nutritional advice is at your sole discretion and risk.

3. Waiver of Liability

You release, waive, and discharge the Company, its affiliates, coaches, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in our programs, including but not limited to injuries, illness, or damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All users must complete a Waiver and Release of Liability Form before participating in any live or recorded sessions.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific fitness or health outcomes. Your success depends on many factors including consistency, effort, body type, and medical history.

5. Account Registration and Security

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account.
• Maintain the security of your password and login information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Some features of the Services may require payment, including subscriptions and one-time programs.
• Payments are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the billing date.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a subscription or program is purchased.
• It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

7. User Conduct

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including but not limited to videos, images, text, software, logos, and graphics—is the property of LawSchool Fitness Innovation Center or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Use third-party services at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content may be revoked without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawSchool Fitness Innovation Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawSchool Fitness Innovation Center, its affiliates, coaches, staff, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
