Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any disputes related to this Agreement or your use of the Services.
